Do you believe these Extraterrestrial encounters are real?

I sort of do think that a lot of these are real. I was watching a doentary yesterday about it, one story was a couple, on the same night, supposedly got abducted, they got hypnosis and recalled similar events, in which they weren't able to move, had these short creatures carry them into a ship, do tests, and uh.... get samples mostly of the reproductive system. Also, they said there was one large 7 ft tall creature, they described it as like a giant insect. The female abductee, well became a mother of a baby taken in by aliens. They let her see the baby, and she said "That is my baby, I know it is my baby". The tall alien said "No, it is our baby" and took it away. A person that was interviewed said that it is just sleep paralysis, but how come the couple both had similar hallucinations during sleep paralysis on the same night?
