OUCH! PREGNnacy questoin!?

my throat is so swollen up and ive lost my voice i been coughint up green phlegm and cannot talk. i think i need antibiotics. i could have gone to a dr tomaorw and call in but work is throiwng me a huge baby shower tomarow. i called my on call nurse practictoiner in the middle of the night and ask if they can call in an antibiotic. she said no they cannot , and that i need to wait a week before they will give me anitbiotics. my voice is compeltely gone my throat is totally swollen up . anyway shes says i can do theraflu thats about it. does this sound right? cuase i hate to lose my voice forever over not getting treatment right away. ive never had this messed up of a sore throat in my whole life.
