Why does my scar still hurt after 1 year? I know it's not because voldemort is nearby?

I have a scar from surgery, its been a little over a year and sometimes it still hurts and the rest of the time it randomly gets super itchy. It's a hypertrophic scar by the way, is it not done healing?
