Using BART to get to SFO from downtown Berkeley?

I know it should seem pretty straightforward, but looking at the BART station map is confusing me. The red and yellow lines both go south to Milbrae, so when I do get off at the milbrae station, do i simply take the pittsburgh bay point car up north one stop to get out at SFO?
