Is Prime eagle courier express a scam?

unexpectedly somebody (my chatmate) from london sent me a box arrived in Malaysia instead of the delivery address in south korea. They're continuosly contacting me about the payment like the bill and the tax and to pay through Wesrtern union to a certain person. I just wanna be sure if this is just a scam?
