Please help ?? why is he being like this - 10 points?

i think that he does still like you but he needs you to tell him yourself i think that you should ask him to meet up with you somewhere quiet like a public park park or the beach and talk about it so you know and he knows and there is a very large chance that he likes you he just cant figure out if you like him.
