I am 15 stone and a UK size comfortable16/18 I would like to get tips on loosing weight?

I've lost 20 lbs in the past 4 months by counting calories i can still eat whatever i want to but i just eat less and i plan ahead so i can have my cake and eat it to. Dirking water before meals can help and it sounds crazy but for the past month cuz i've reached a plateau in weight loss I've been drinking a honey Cinnamon combination where you steep 1/2 tbs of Cinnamon in 1 c. water for half an hour then stir in 1 tbs. honey and drink half of the mixture a half hour before breakfast and then a half hour before bed it has something to do with the antioxodents in the honey and the healing qualities or Cinnamon that helps to keep sugars from changing to fat so you burn your fat stores instead of storing them as fat. This has worked for me. I also use fatsecret.com to track my calories it just makes it easy.
