Please help me iv been stressing over this for month i dont know what to do?

first off yes i am a guy ..i will start from the beggining.... this summer i became friends with a guy from my work... and he came to my birthday party... we talked somewhat... so all my friends played karaoke and a few other of my friends and him played pool... i noticed when others sang he didnt stop and stare but when i sang he stared at me... and when i looked across the room he looked away quickly.. then we get to movie time.. everyone sat around the tv... i noticed at few times when i looked across the room and caight him staring at me.. hed look at me for a few seconds before turning away.... since the birthday we still hangout me and his friends... we text sometimes,,, and he has texted me before just to say hey...he is very nice to me...sometime he will say things to other people at work, and say something funny... and always looks at me to see if i laughed or thought it was funny... he stares at me alot at work... sometims i noticed his eyes are wide when he looks at me...he doesent talk to me much at work but he does constantly walk by my work station.. sometimes texting... stares at me.. and he will nod or smile or have those wide eyes again and then walk away... whenever i tell him i hurt myself he asks if im ok... and if i tell him im ok he says hes glad im ok...this past week me him and his girlfriend went to church he sat in between the both of us... he was holding his gf hand but also his leg was touching mine like the entire time and he shoulder was pressed against mine like the whole time.. and sometime i could catch him staring at me from the corner of his eye.... i also sang a solo this week, and i didnt do as great as i thought i did,but i texted him that night and asked him if he thought i sang ok.. and he said i sang awesome.... and also i notice when he shakes my hand he is always gentle...i notice when others he gives a firm strong handshakes... is that normal... anyway thats everything iv been thinking about but anyway is it possible even tho hes in a good relationship with his gf that he does like me... please anwser i dont knoe what to do right now
