Taking money out of wink bingo account?

I just won �30 on wink bingo! The only problem is I won it on my sign-up bonus. What I was wondering was can I get it out? It says you have to bet through �20 of deposited money to withdraw funds but will I use my winnings first? Or after I've used �20 can I take out whatever I have in the account?
