What schools are the best to go to if you want to be a Cardiac Surgeon?

I am a bit confused...you do not become a cardiac surgeon (cardiothoracic surgeon is the correct term) until residency. Not undergrad & not med school. So are you asking what undergrad program to go to? What med school? (you have both up there). Any decent undergrad program is fine-there are many many excellent universities with reasonable med school entrance percentages. From there, an adviser will guide you to med school applications.
