When can i put my rabbit back in with the others?

my rabbit has recently has had babies, but unfortunately i found then dead, the Morning she gav birth to them. when is the best time to put her back in the big hutch with the other rabbits, as i do feel guilty that's shes in a tiny hutch with no run.
